Traumatic Brain Injury has been called one of the signature injuries of our current wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Recent developments in armor have made it possible for soldiers to survive much more powerful close-range explosions than in previous wars. Explosions cause a rapid change in atmospheric pressures. Close proximity to them can cause severer internal damage, head trauma, or death even if not harmed by flying shrapnel/debris. Although armor protects soldiers from shrapnel, the consequent explosive overpressure often times causes concussions or a traumatic brain injury.
I am an OIF veteran who, in 2006-2007, was exposed to several close-range high-volume explosions. Although not diagnosed with severe TBI, I was experiencing sporadic pain especially during extreme pressure changes (i.e. flights). The military currently has no true treatment for such symptoms.
While home on post-deployment leave in December 2007, I visited with Dr. Siegfried who has been doing Bilateral Nasal Specific/Endonasal Balloon Therapy for over 25 years. Although initially skeptical of such therapy, I decided to try it. I was able to feel almost immediate results effectively alleviating my problems. This therapy in my opinion a worthwhile treatment for TBI patients to look into and possibly consider.

SAD..."Tis The Season

SAD. “Tis the Season”.
A conversation with a Pharmacist tech the other day confirmed my suspicions for this time of year, in this part of the country. Seasonal Affective Disorder is rampant once again. Depression, feeling down, low energy, not wanting to get out of bed, short-fused emotionally, frustrated, downright unhappy with life, circumstances, people, etc And lots of drugs being taken by people, over the counter and prescriptions. These, in addition to all the others prescribed for back pain, neck pain, headaches, etc.
And, of course, the question is why SAD? Well, in the great northwest, one huge reason is due to the weather at this time of year: rainy, cold, damp, dreary, gray, overcast, and generally miserable to many. Even occasionally to those of us who know how to handle it. All this green and fresh air comes at a price to our bodies and minds so we have to rally ourselves.
Another reasonable question is why and how to handle this and in fact, make it a good time. I’ll tell you at least some things to try. Going to Hawaii or Arizona or some other sunny and warm place may not be possible for most of us. So here are some good practical things to do.
As a student in Heidelberg years during this time of year when it was also like this a lot, I figured out a few things to “stay on top mentally” and physically.
Cliche’s perhaps but nonetheless helpful and true. Proper rest, eat as well as I could, exercise as much as possible---this really stimulates the brain function creating happy chemicals in it--- have not only a positive mental attitude but also a do-er attitude. In other words, keep moving and doing.
Visiting with people I liked, got along with, felt good about, etc. Going to the farmer’s market to get the freshest fruits and veges, meats, eggs, etc I could afford. Prepare them as healthily as possible. Enjoy meal time.
Other activities would be to figure the best time of day to study, work out, always keeping in mind the deadlines of school work. Classical music concerts for cheap tickets, going to the monastery for vespers, walking in the woods. Attending mass and concerts in the massive cathedrals or chamber music at the little chapels or at the castles. These things and more promote happy chemicals in the brain and nervous system to give us a good outlook on life, inspite of the weather. Oh yes, I had my share of the German Pubs and their unbelievable beers. Always in moderation however. Well, not always.
There is something about just stopping everything for a few minutes, for awhile. Some call it praying, meditation, a nap, etc. It is the consistency of this behavior that really helps build our happy chemicals in our brain. It is rejuvenating and helps with our outlook on life. Many religions recommend this daily.
Among monastic communities, they stop and pray or chant several times daily. Like the monks at the Trappist Abbey in Lafayette. It is good for the mind, body and spirit.
If you are at work, I just suggest sitting quietly in your chair or find a quiet place for few minutes with your eyes closed. Afterwards you will be refreshed.
And yes, I was at the beginning of my nutrition learning from a diet, supplement, herbal therapy, homeopathic standpoint. Being in a town/environment like Heidelberg provided a wealth of experience and exposure to really traditional European methods to health. Including my first Heilpractiker treatments. They are very similar to Chiropractor’s.
I guess I just don’t believe it is necessary for people to take all these drugs that are being prescribed and taken over the counter. I will never say they do not have their place. They do. But I have to admit I am tired of seeing so many ads in the news, TV, radio, everywhere on them as if they are the only approach to health problems.
Of course, if this is what people are exposed to most of the time, well guess what? Get a prescription, of course. It’s even paid for. But not for long with this new “health care” plan.
My days lobbying in Salem put me in touch with some very important and influential politicians. The thought was and still is that this whole “health care” package will mean less care, more taxes, less quality of care. Can you say rationed care? Having lived and practiced in a socialized medical environment in Italy it is not far fetched. We’ll see. In the meantime, we need to be doing all we can for ourselves, family and close friends to Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well, Be Well. And I know I can help you with this.
So what are some things you can do to keep your mind fresh, clear and full of “ happy chemicals” during this time of year? By the way, the northwest and also the northeast parts of the country are the heaviest consumers of what are called anti-depressant drugs. But you don’t have to participate if you don’t want to.
We have lots of fresh air here. Make it a point to get out in it. Walking, wherever you like is great. Neighborhood, woods, trails, beach, lanes, wherever you like. The gentle, consistent movement creates happy chemicals for us by providing grade A oxygen to our brains and nervous system.
Can’t go outside? Get a mini trampoline at Big 5. If you are concerned about balance, get one with a handle on it. This activity helps to oxygenate every cell and tissue in your body. All you have to do is bounce gently. Not even leaving the surface. 5-10-15 etc minutes at a time. They are only about $60-$90. Or check the paper, Craig’s list, etc. One patient found a brand new one in the paper for $20 recently.
Gotta go slow though. Case in point: An 86 year old lady got leg cramps after 5 minutes. Between getting her on Ionizable Calcium tablets, adjusting her back and gradually doing more, she is up to 25 minutes at a time at home while watching the news. And she hasn’t treated with me in a few months now. You can look up more on it under Reboundology on the web. NASA spent millions on this little trompoline concept rehabbing their astronauts after returning a mess from weightlessnes in space. This helped them. If it was good for the astronauts, it is good for us earthlings.
The beach if you can get there. Might have to dress warm but a good trade off. The NEGATIVE IONS in the air are great for the production of happy chemicals in our bodies and minds.
Water. Spring water also has lots of good things for our minds and feeling good. My Neurophysiology Professor at Western States Chiropractic College always told us to drink lots of it. It hydrated the brain and nerves, increasing their firing and function. As the nervous system runs every cell and tissue in the body, keeping it fueled prevents stagnation and the buildup of unhappy chemicals.
In fact, he counseled us to drink at least one glass upon arising every morning to “get things going”. I have done this for years. He even counseled us to drink at least one glass or more before tests, athletic activity, etc. You can be sure I did. I needed any edge I could get in those really hard classes.
The problem is what kind of water. Earth2-O and Chrystal Geyser are the best around here in my opinion. And then maybe a water filter at the spigot. I don’t know enough about those to recommend one but I am working on it. I have used several but not happy enough to recommend one.
I cannot say too much about how our diets contribute to all the depression, etc. Kids or adults. Just look at the little guys in school and what they get. Sugar, refined flour products loaded with chemicals, overcooked, not fresh. No wonder there are so many “learning disabilities” and special ed classes.
And the adults? Coffee/caffeine/stimulants to get going, more mid morning, more after lunch. Then evening how to come down while the adrenal glands are toast. Can’t get to sleep, sleep well, wake up fried. Depressed, low-energy, bad attitude? No wonder. But it is not all our fault.
When you have all these monied corporate profit oriented interests providing these so-called foods in our markets, with their marketing ploys to get us to just buy, well “Houston, We Have A Problem”. No wonder people think the anti-depressants are the answer. Well, they are not.
If I could tell you one thing to try from a diet standpoint, it would be to try and cut down on sugar, white flour and pasteurized milk products. My “Dinner and A Movie Program” will be given again soon and you will see why this is so important.
If I could tell you one thing from a supplement standpoint----not vitamins--- it would be to take a bottle of our B Food. Tablets or Powder. These are not vitamins, but whole food concentrates that feed your nervous system to make your body and mind function better. 14 diffwerent raw organic non gmo-d foods loaded with the natural B vitamins we all need so much.Give yourself a few months. Follow the bottle recommendations. See what happens. Most patients are happy. They get empowered and their hope level for better health improves.
It is hard to take too much of it. In fact, over the years I have had parents call me in distress because one of their youngsters got ahold of a bottle and decided to eat half of it and wondered if they should call the ambulance or something. To which I would respond: “ How is the little one doing?” And Mom would say he is playing on the floor with his toys. So I would tell her to just make sure he has enough water in him. He obviously like the supplement and ate them till he had enough. That B Food product has helped him at home with his supposedly ADHD condition a lot, along with his diet and chiropractic care
Mom’s have an instinct as to what is helping their little one’s. And so do adult’s I might add. Just be observant and patient.
I wish you and yours a very HAPPY AND HEALTHY HOLIDAYS AND NEW YEAR. Know that I am here to help you. Think happy thoughts.

Vitamin D, You See, Is not Just D1, D2, D3...
Vitamin D you see, It’s Not Just the Vitamin D1, D2, D3 but......
There is a basic nutrition lesson here. And it is very, very important. So important but so neglected. And if you can understand this, it will empower you to no end in so many areas of your health. Because it is not being talked about by the big marketers of vitamins and supplements.
This understanding is so important that it should be addressed daily in our diets. But it is not. And it is one of the biggest reasons why we are suffering with so many diseases. But it is also how we can help ourselves get stronger and stay stronger.
I have been blessed with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. They have been given excellent health. It is now up to them to maintain it. If any of you have children you know what I am talking about!!
SO what is this basic lesson on diet and nutrition? Simply this: FAT, FAT and more FAT. But it must be good fat. Not bad fat.
Let’s review.
We need oils in our diet. Good oils. This is just another way of saying we need fat. Good fat. And lots of them. According to Dr. Price’s studies, up to 10x the MDR (minimum daily requirement) , now called the RDA (recommended daily amount). Tomorrow it may be called something else. Either way we need it/them.
Why oils or fat? Because they contain the fat soluble vitamins, A,D,E,F,K and probably more. The most recognized ones in biochemistry and human nutrition are these.
Soooo now what? These fat soluble vitamins are found in the vegetable/plant world and also the animal world. They are found together, in different concentrations, in different foods. Called essential foods. Meaning our bodies need them daily. To make new cells. To clean out the old and build up new ones.
Currently there is all this talk, marketing about omega 3,6,9’s, ratios, and all that. You almost have to be a chemist to figure it out how much of which you need. AND THAT IS EXACTLY THE PROBLEM!!! IT IS CHEMICAL TALK, NOT NUTRITION TALK!!! Not biochemistry or diet talk. And the body functions optimally on diet, and whole food nutrition. Not chemicals. I know there is a lot of YEAH BUTS going on , but hold on a minute. Hear me out. Any chance you are confused? You don’t have to be. I can help you figure it out, quickly. And simply.
Again, these fat soluble vitamins are found in the plant/vegetable and animal world. We need more of the animal source fats. We have been told they are bad, dangerous, etc. Unfortunately we have been lied to. And the vehicle for that lie has been the cholesterol theory, which says high cholesterol causes heart attacks, etc. And the answer? Of course, take drugs. This is the lie. Based on the Framingham Studies, whose data did not fit the hypothesis, they were fabricated. Lipitor, and other statin drugs are now commonplace in millions upon millions of bodies. It is a multi-billion $ industry. But that is another story.
These animal fats, or food fats of animal origin, in addition to the known Fat Soluble Vitamins, have what Dr. Price named ACTIVATOR X , or ANIMAL PROTEIN FACTOR. (OF course, future research will show even more factors probably). This is a factor/factors that promote growth and development of new cells and tissues in the body allowing health to reign and allowing us to function optimally from a nutritional standpoint.
He found it in the food fats of animal origin and particularly the butterfat from cows fed on green grasses, but with very little of it found in butter from cows on dry rations. And the concentration of it varied from season to season, soil value to soil value, etc. But it’s basic body building properties were there all the time. If you can find good butter, it may have this in it.
What does the prominence of ACTIVATOR X in our diet mean for us? Healthy bones and healthy teeth and all related systems. According to the Price Pottenger Foundation, Springreen Cod Liver oil is the only one to have this ANIMAL PROTEIN FACTOR, or X FACTOR.
And if we are deficient in the ACTIVATOR X FACTORS? Well, just review your own health, and those around you. And ask yourself if you want to be healthier, your children to be healthier, etc. This concept, practically followed, will not let you down. There are limits to matter. But what matters is the quality of our life, not just how long we live (can you say retirement home? Assisted living home? Alzheimers home? etc?). Whatever happened to the family taking care of its elders just like they took care of the children?
So what do we do on a daily basis to fulfill our body’s needs of these FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS AND THE X FACTOR(s)? Simple. Eat more fat!! Springreen Cod Liver Oil is the best place to start.
Try and find raw milk, organic, non-gmo’d butter. Next, find the second best realizing that the more it is processed/cooked/chemicalized, etc, the lesser the quality. But we have to do the best we can.
In McMinnville, we have Rose Valley Butter, which as far as I can tell, is as good as we can get locally. You can call the creamery and but it buy it by the case which is a significant discount, and freeze it, which depletes some of the nutrients but.....
Next would be Tillamook. They at least do not put hormones into their milk anymore. Not sure about their other farming practices. In fact, you can call the company(s) and ask them about their growing/vaccination/processing policies, etc. They will tell you. They may get upset. But the progressive ones will welcome the call.
So much for butter and the milk it comes from. Again, Springreen’s Cod Liver Oil is the best I can recommend for the X-Factor or Animal Protein Factor.
The vegetable/plant FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS are extremely valuable but do not have the X FACTOR that Dr. Price found in the primitive diets. They are still essential foods, however.
Combined with the other essential fat soluble vitamins, you have an equation that promotes health, healing and a superior quality of life.
Common vegetable/plant fat soluble vitamins sources are wheat germ oil, olive oil, flax oil and others. But these are probably most common. Daily consumption of them will help you over time. They can be used for specific health issues. Ex. We use fresh wheat germ oil in the clinic for skin problems, hot flashes ( and Fem Plex), infertility, menstrual problems, weightlifting in athletes for stamina, etc. Following the bottle directions is best to start with. Springreen and Nutriplex and Omega Nutrition ( probably the best for sunflower/pumpkin/sesame oil supplement: Plant source fat soluble vitamin F content).
You can always call and ask me about these and which to use for what. My biggest purpose here is to help you lay the groundwork for daily home consumption of the FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS THAT HAVE THE ACTIVATOR X ACTIVITY, or ANIMAL PROTEIN FACTOR. Which means eat more butter, take Cod Liver Oil daily. In other words: LET”S GET HEALTHY AT HOME!!!! What a concept.
Another more detailed approach is to have a NUTRITION CONSULTATION with me. Call and ask if you are interested. You will be empowered, believe me. You fill out a 7 day diet diary, a symptom survey form, I evaluate it, go over it with you and make daily dietary and supplement recommendations particular to your needs.
As for EXTERNAL FAT SOLUBLE VITAMINS from plant sources, ESPECIALLY LADIES. My wife, Rebecca, has been working on a skin care product line for her whole life:. As a former model and as a mother and now grandmother. We have all gladly been “test monkeys”. Very willing “ test monkeys” because, of course, we trust her And still do. You too can trust her and the quality of her new products.
Dr. Lucy’s skin care products are the outcome of her research. They are sparingly available as samples as well as full-size bottles. Wonderful in this cold weather and Oregon weather, I recommend them highly.
I am planning another Dinner AND A MOVIE, showing the DVD’s which are the “tip of the iceberg” of Dr.’s Price and Pottenger’s research. Very soon. Last time we sold out. But you will be told first.
Dedicated to your health,
Dr. Siegfried

Vitamin D and You
Vitamin D and you
There is so much talk about this today. Almost daily it is in the news. A very simple approach to getting the amount you need is this.
Understand that it is an essential food. This means you need it daily. THe body needs it for so many things. Some call it a hormone, some call it a vitamin. Some call it both. Either way, we need it daily.
As a hormone, it feeds the endocrine glands. Like the liver, kidneys, thyroid, adrenals, etc. They can then make new cells: muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc. As a vitamin, it feeds the skin, hair, teeth, nails, etc. It helps with calcium metabolism, builds the Immune System, etc. etc.
How do you know it is essential? All you have to do is read Dr. Price and Pottenger’s works. They both found, independently of one another, that without it, your body literally falls apart. And over time, one of the biggest tragedies is the inability of the body to make new cells, like babies. Sound familiar? Infertility is rampant. And a big business. Cod Liver Oil, and Wheat Germ Oil ( another story in itself) are essential foods needed daily.
And how much? Price found in his studies the primitive people ate over 10x the minimum daily requirement of the “fat-soluble vitamins” in their daily diet. But I am getting ahead of myself and I don’t want to confuse you.
The best source for us in our “civilized” environment? Cod Liver Oil liquid. Capsules are 2nd. Yes, I agree, the liquid is not the best tasting stuff—to put it mildly. But the quality of it far surpasses the capsules. You see, each step of the processing takes out something else. Called co-factors.
Dr. Price found that in the primitive environment, it would turn a certain color when he tested it. It was fresh, unprocessed, untainted by man. Today, the best source to my knowledge is from Springreen, which still turns the color Dr. Price found in his studies. Some patients actually like it!! Most of us? Chase it with some OJ. But get it down!! If you need capsules, ok. as well. Kept in the fridge, it will get thick, indicating it still has good stuff in it. In fact, the thicker, the better. Like good Virgin Olive Oil, or any good oil, will get thick in the fridge.
Forget the prescriptions of Vitamin D, and over the counter Vitamin D supplements. Most of them are D3, or Cholecalciferol. Synthetic, isolated, frauds. And your body sees it as a waste product. ANd instead of feeding you, it will break the body down.
Think in terms of building up your body, every day. Like my mentor who knew Jack LaLanne and quoted him often would say: EVERY DAY IN EVERY WAY, I AM GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.
If you have read this far, and want to try the Fresh Cod Oil, bring in the coupon and get 10% off your next bottle.
Cheers!!

Dr. Siegfried

Traumatic Brain Injury
Traumatic Brain Injury: A New Treatment Approach!
In a split second, a life can be changed. Loss of balance, speech, hearing, vision, coordination, reasoning, energy, outlook on life, relationships social & familial, memory, articulation. Sinusitis, migraines, concussions, depression, thinking and many more problems may affect people who suffer from traumatic brain injury – of any kind.
From birth, through childhood, adolescence, teenage, adulthood – many traumas can happen to the skull and brain, commonly referred to open or closed-head injuries. Childbirth alone has damaged many infants and subsequent brain development. Long labor, poor oxygen supply to the brain, forceps delivery, vacuum, etc. Can affect the cranium & brain causing subsequent problems.
It has been estimated that children fall an estimated 2-3000 times by the time they reach adolescence. Not to mention what may have happened in labor. Do you think you ever hit your head in any of those episodes? Or others?
Run into a corner table, fallen off the bed, down the stairs, off the bike, over the handle bars, off the swing, hit by the swing, off the sliding board, water slide, monkey bars, merry go round, hit by a baseball bat, soccer ball, basketball, bell rung in the football, broken nose, tennis racket, car accident, concussion, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating accidents? The list could go on and on.
Affects on the individual’s family, friend’s and life may be countless. Some worse than others, many not even realizing that such a fall/bump or thump meant anything, until you sit down and realize that your chronic headache, migraine, sinus, etc. may have been caused by some “minor” or major physical trauma.
In addition to the functional neurological loss(es), there may be emotional pains as well. Medication abounds for the treatment of such complaints, all of which may at best stabilize the patient; at worst, create more problems through unwanted side effects.
The medical approach to traumatic brain injuries is well documented and there is little debate as to its effectivness, most of the time. Stabilization of the traumatic brain injury patient has become a science that has saved countless lives. But the aftermath can be traumatic as well.
Functional capacity loss is not uncommon for serious brain injuries. And this is exactly where work since the 1930’s has been most effective and relatively unknown as it has not been part of standard medicine.
Nasal Specifics is a treatment, a technique, and method that has literally changed the faces, heads and lives of thousands of traumatic brain injured patients. Even those who have had “normal births”. (NasalSpecific.com).
Founded and developed in the 1930’s, it is based on the fact that the skull houses and protects the brain. The plates of the skull have normal movement allowing the brain to “move” or pulsate. They also are designed to absorb stress to the skull from blows, falls etc. When the stress from a blow or fall etc. is too great, a fracture occurs and subsequent pathology develops.
When these skull plates are jammed, compressed, fractured or altered in any way, brain function is altered due to undue pressure on the brain and a myriad of symptoms may occur. Neurological loss of function, loss of clarity of thought, headaches, sinus, vision, hearing problems etc may occur. And until that pressure, compression, or undue stress on the skull is released, the patient’s brain and nervous system is locked up, a prisoner of a force that is unrelenting in it’s effects. It’s like your body is “driving around with the brakes on”.
The individual is living life, “driving around with the brakes on”, “running on less power”, as if a few spark plugs are not firing, so to speak. They just don’t function right. You feel sluggish, unclear, willing but unable to do as you please.
I have been providing the Nasal Specific treatment for patients since 1976, having had my life changed by it. To my knowledge, the initial blow that I am aware of came as a walk-on freshman trying to make the basketball team. A low bridge foul crashed me to the ground injuring my back and dazing me from the head blow. A Rugby head injury in college left me with a broken nose, feeling like I was always in a cave, in a fog, and talking out of it to someone. That all changed with the Nasal Specific Treatment.
Fortunate to have studied with the developer of Nasal Specific technique for over 1000 hours, I have treated patients from to newborns to old age and all those in between suffering the chronic side effects of head, face,TMJ and birth process trauma. Not to mention chronic migraines, sinusitis, etc.
Nasal Specific Treatment is not a panacea, cure all, quick fix. And certainly not the only treatment of traumatic brain injury. But for the vast majority of patients treated, it has been extremely helpful. Not only offering them hope for the more normal life, but functional improvements that have not been achieved anywhere else.
Consultations with me are free.

Happy Holidays
And best wishes for a happy and healthy 2010.
This year is almost over. We still have a few 2010 picture calendars left. If you would like one, please call us as soon as possible as we expect them to be gone. I keep getting them for you because you like the nice pictures, space to write in, and they hang well on the wall in the kitchen, etc.
These are interesting times to say the least. In addition to keeping close to our families, it is just as important to stay as healthy as possible. My passion and expertise is health, pure and simple. How about you?
NO ONE GETS OUTTA HERE ALIVE BUT.....
In the meantime we have to do all we can to move well, think well, be well, stay well. Your health is an inside out job. Aside from what we are born with, what goes into our bodies and minds determines our health. Of course our environment is critical. And avoid getting hit by a bus or other major accident. In the end however, we can have a major influence on our daily health by very simple yet empowering health practices at home. Here are a few.
Proper rest, exercising, fresh food, spring water ( I still think Earth-2-O AND Geyser are best). Filtered is ok so long as the fluoride and chlorine and other toxic chemicals are removed.
As for food, think fresh, local, non gmo-d, organic, etc. Basically ask how is it grown and what has been done to it before you put it into your body. My biochemistry professor used to say “bite it off at the ground”. That was over 30 years ago. Now we have to ask “what is in the ground ?”.
SUPPLEMENTS: the onslaught continues. Synthetics, isolates, fractions, vitamins, nutriceuticals, phytochemicals, pure and more names coming. All avoiding the issue of raw, organic, non gmo-d, whole food concentrates. Common sense will get you everywhere here.
Simply put, if there is a word or phrase on a bottle of supplements you do not understand, or a chemical term you do not know, you should question the quality, because it will either help or hinder your body processes.
Or better yet, if the ingredients are not whole food concentrates, forget it. You can’t do any harm to yourself by not putting extra chemicals into your body.
EXERCISE: Simple ones only to start. Do you like to walk? Ride a bike? Swim? Stretch? Do yoga? These are all simple and beneficial doing anything else. you can call and ask for my 10 Simple Yoga Postures info.
Finally, my staff and I would like to wish you and yours a Happy and Healthy New Year. Anything we can do to help you THINK WELL, MOVE WELL, EAT WELL, BE WELL, we will. We are dedicated to your health.
I am extending our Fall Special Offers through January 31st. Only for current patients. But you must mention this e-mail. They include our Adjustment, Nasal Specific, Herniated Disc Packages.
Supplements, Orthopedic Pillows, Massage For Women, And Rebecca’s New Skin Care Product Intro Offer on Dr. Lucy’s Skin Care.
PLUS, On Friday, December 18, from 10-12 and 3-5 only, Rebecca is offering free, 10 minute chair massages for $5 –regularly $10-- to all of our patient’s to help them de-stress for the holiday’s. Call now for your appointment.
Stay warm. Chicken and Turkey soups are good for the Immune System!!
